Couple Separation

When you know it’s over, I can help you separate.

Sometimes the most honest thing a couple can do is acknowledge that the relationship has run its course. If you've reached that point, therapy can still help a great deal, especially where children are involved, or if you would both simply appreciate some support with moving forward.

I can provide a compassionate, neutral space where you can talk things through and decide how to manage what comes next. The aim isn't to talk you back into the relationship or to apportion blame, but to help you part with as much understanding, acceptance and emotional peace as possible.

If you have children, we can develop a co-parenting approach that works for both of you while keeping your children’s wellbeing as the central focus.

Sessions & Fees

I'm not a lawyer, nor can I offer legal advice, but I can offer emotional support while helping with the practical issues a separation can throw up. Things like having difficult conversations, telling the children, creating new routines and deciding how to communicate as you move into a different kind of relationship with each other.

My training as a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) life coach can be particularly useful here as it brings a practical, forward-focused lens to these very real, day-to-day challenges.

However things have unfolded, I can help you to navigate this ending together.

We can meet face-to-face or online, depending on which works best for you. Sessions are 50 minutes long.

Fees: £110 per 50-minute session.
