Relationship Therapy
How it works
“We keep having the same fight.”
“I feel so lonely and invisible in this relationship.”
Are you ready to step out of those circular arguments? Relationships and sex can be our greatest sources of pleasure and fulfilment. But when things go wrong, they can become our biggest sources of pain. This is where relationship counselling can help.
Inviting a stranger into your relationship can feel unnerving, but if you’re here, I imagine you feel like you’ve already tried everything.
You’re not doing anything wrong. It’s just that sometimes we’re so close to an issue that we can’t see the wood for the trees. Couples therapy means coming together to pause, find clarity, and get back on track.
I have specialist training in relationship and psychosexual therapy. I can help you with relationship challenges and, where relevant, worries about sex and intimacy.
This is the point where some couples consider throwing in the towel. The good news is, it’s actually an opportunity to forge a deeper connection with your partner.
Sessions & Fees
My therapy room is a quiet, calm, and confidential space in Bourne End where you can come together, away from day-to-day distractions, and explore what’s going on for you as a couple. Alternatively, online sessions allow you to see me from the comfort of your home.
We can meet face-to-face or online, depending on which works best for you. Sessions are 50 minutes long.
Therapy works best when it’s consistent, so we’ll meet on a weekly basis at a time that you can commit to.
The relationship you have with your therapist is crucial. It’s important that you both feel comfortable with me. I offer a free 15-minute call so that you can get a feel for me and decide whether I’m the right therapist for you.
Fees: £110 per 50-minute session.
